Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Experienced Loan Officer located in Gilbert, AZ. The Loan Officer will be responsible for originating and evaluating loan applications, conducting credit analyses, and ensuring compliance with lending protocols. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and offering financial advice tailored to individual client needs. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with underwriters, processors, and other team members to ensure efficient loan processing and closing.
Qualifications
- Experience in Loan Origination, Credit Analysis, and Mortgage Lending
- Strong Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills
- Knowledge of Federal and State Lending Regulations
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Business, or related field
