Magnolia Connection is a brain health practice located in Norwalk, Iowa. We are hiring a Front Office Coordinator to join our team! We are looking for a dedicated individual to work 40 hours per week, generally between 8:45 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, with a shorter day on Friday.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Cover the front desk during business hours.

- Check in clients, collect co-pays, and assist in invoice collection.

- Schedule clients' future appointments.

- Manage record collection, including sending out forms, scoring received forms, and data entry.

- Assist in managing schedules, including coordinating calls with other providers.

- Fax healthcare records to appropriate outside clinicians.

- Use the Google Drive platform for data entry and document management.

- Assist with clinic management tasks, such as tidying the reception area and refilling the coffee machine.

**Qualifications**

1. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with clients and coordinating with other healthcare providers.

3. Proficiency in using Google Drive and other office software for data entry and document management.

4. Experience with scheduling software and managing appointments.

5. Basic accounting skills for handling co-pays and invoice collection.

6. Attention to detail for accurately managing records, including sending, scoring, and entering data.

7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive healthcare information appropriately.

8. Flexibility to work varying hours and adapt to the needs of the practice.

9. Basic office management skills, including maintaining a tidy reception area and managing supplies.

10. Familiarity with faxing and handling healthcare records securely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
