Blossoms Restaurant, at Magnolia Greens Golf Course is seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Duties

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors by sweeping and mopping as needed.
• Sort and stack clean dishes in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as required, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients.
• Ensure all food handling practices are followed to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs of dishwashing equipment to management promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A passion for the culinary arts and commitment to providing excellent service in a food service or catering environment is highly valued.
