Market Medical Director

Medical expense reduction: 

·        Lead weekly meetings focusing on transition patients and high cost patients 

·        In-market relationships: 

·        Foster stronger relationships with partner clinicians (e.g. PCPs and Nephrologists and others) 

·        Identification of high value partners to facilitate our high quality care for the care teams 

·        Program Leadership: Partner with GM to prepare materials and represent the program at: 

·        Quarterly provider meetings 

·        Internal performance meetings 

·        Market staff meetings 

·        Business development meetings 

Requirements:

·        M.D. or D.O. Graduate

·        Board Certification/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Required

·        5 years experience in outpatient or home-based practices required

·        Prior experience in value-based care strongly preferred

·        Experience in clinical leadership roles coaching and developing NPs, PAs or MDs preferred

·        Experience utilizing KPIs and data to drive improved cost, quality and clinical outcomes for patients

·        Comfort with an evolving and growing clinical program and/or experience in a start-up environment is helpful
