Summary - The Assembly Producer will operate a press or assemble unit parts in a specified production area. This position is responsible for both accurately and thoroughly completing and maintaining all daily paperwork associated with the assembly process.

Position – Assembly Producer
Summary - The Assembly Producer will operate a press or assemble unit parts in a specified production area. This position is responsible for both accurately and thoroughly completing and maintaining all daily paperwork associated with the assembly process.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strong analysis, problem solving, process and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
- Highly organized and possess good decision-making skills.
- Ability to measure sizes of parts in millimeters as required and record findings.
- Ability to use a computer, especially SAP, OEE and label programs.
- Maintain clean, organized, safe working environment with equipment and materials located in proper locations in accordance with 5S standards.
- Safely and efficiently operate all machinery.
- Ability to maintain a good attendance record and hold personal accountability.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred.
- 12 months of related experience required.
- Must be able to read/write routine reports and correspondence.
