A leading ABA agency is seeking a results-driven Director of Revenue Cycle Management to oversee and optimize our billing operations. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and excel in process improvement, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for!

Responsibilities :

Lead an 8-member remote billing team to ensure timely and accurate claims submissions.
Manage the full Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process, ensuring efficient collections.
Oversee and streamline billing workflows while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Implement strategies for process improvement to enhance revenue flow.
Maintain relationships with providers and stay abreast of EMR technologies.
Monitor team performance, providing training and support as needed.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in billing or RCM, preferably in healthcare or ABA services.

Strong understanding of EMR systems and the billing lifecycle.

Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.

Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.
