Responsibilities :

Program Oversight : Create workflows and systems to streamline operations and improve program efficiency.
Billing Management : Oversee billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Performance Monitoring : Evaluate Care Managers’ performance and provide regular feedback and support.

Proven leadership experience in care management or a similar field.

Strong organizational skills to develop systems and ensure operational efficiency.

Expertise in training and mentoring teams for consistent improvement.
