RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Completing home and light commercial cleaning projects
· Working with another team member on cleaning projects and travel to and from job sites
· Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
· Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
· Representing Maid Right in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
· 2 years of labor or customer service experience
· Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the cleaning industry
· Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
· A strong work ethic and highly dependable
· Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (25 lbs), and handling tools
· Driver's license is required
Working hours are from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday, be home on the evenings and weekends! Additional hours available by request.

Cleaner Responsibilities
· Completing jobs for customers using all of our equipment
· Organizing and managing equipment
· Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
· Invoicing and payment completion for every job
· Selling further services to customers
· Owning marketing around each job site
· Planning and managing the job site
Compensation
Hourly: $16 - $20 /hour
