This is a field-based leadership role focused on residential security installations, system programming, and client-facing collaboration.

Main Line Sound & Video is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Home Security Technician to join our growing Security Systems Group. This is a field-based leadership role focused on residential security installations, system programming, and client-facing collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Lead fullcycle home security installations: running and landing wires, mounting devices, and commissioning systems
- Program and troubleshoot security systems including panels, sensors, and smart integrations
- Walk job sites with system designers to scope work and develop accurate quotes
- Collaborate with internal teams to uphold installation standards and client satisfaction
- Train alongside senior technicians to master our systems and workflows, then take ownership of your own projects
- 2 years of experience installing and servicing residential security systems
- Strong understanding of wiring, contacts, and system programming
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Techsavvy with solid computer skills
- Teamoriented with strong time and project management abilities
- Professionalism, integrity, and pride in craftsmanship
- Based in Conshohocken, PA
- Service area includes Philadelphia’s Main Line and surrounding Southeastern PA
- No travel required outside the region
- Position starts ASAP
- Salary: Based on experience
