We are currently seeking a Dietary Aide to support our culinary and dining operations.
Position Overview :
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dietary Aide who can help prepare and serve meals, maintain cleanliness, and ensure our residents receive nutritious and delicious food.
This role requires excellent teamwork and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and quality.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare meals and beverages according to specific procedures and dietary guidelines.
- Serve meals while maintaining sanitation and quality standards.
- Store stock appropriately to maintain cleanliness and prevent food spoilage.
- Accurately record meals served and monitor food temperatures to ensure safety.
- Clean assigned dining areas following established procedures.
- Wash dishes and utensils according to acceptable standards of practice.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and health regulations.
Schedule :
Includes working every other weekend and every other Friday and Monday.
Qualifications :
- Experience in a dietary or food service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Knowledge of sanitation and food safety regulations is a plus.
