Pay: $17.12-$22.15 per Hour

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls
*
Providing assistance with billing, plan coverage, and enrollment status
*
Collaborate with PI research team when needed to resolve provider issues
*
Documentation of all inquiries
*
Build trusting relationships with internal and external customers
Education/Experience:
*
High school diploma or equivalent.
*
3 years of customer service experience
