Front Desk Receptionist/Night Auditor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as needed.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
• Utilize Google Suite for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and creating documents.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies.
• Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
• Assist with any additional duties as assigned by management.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, particularly Google Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective proofreading and data management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
