Requirements to Perform Essential Job Functions:
- Must have the ability to read and understand the Manufacturing Process Sheets (MPS) and follow instructions accurately.
- Must maintain accurate production sheets at all times.
- Must be able to communicate machine or product issues to supervisors.
- Communication is a must to be able to review workload with previous shift.
- Punctuality, reliability, and consistent attendance for company success.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Conduct visual inspections for cosmetic defects on products.
- Possess basic math skills for counting and adding.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and move between areas.
- The ability to use both hands for grasping, clipping, trimming, etc.
- Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.

Shifts:
All shifts run Monday through Friday. The hours are as follows.
- 1st Shift 6:55am - 3:00pm $15.00
- 2nd Shift 2:55pm - 11:00pm $16.00
- 3rd Shift 10:55pm - 7:00am $17.00
