Townsend Family Dental Center is seeking a highly professional, detail-oriented Personal Business Assistant to support executive leadership within a growing dental practice. This role is ideal for someone with a business background, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.

• Provide direct administrative and business support to leadership

• Manage calendars, meetings, scheduling, and correspondence

• Assist with business operations, reporting, and special projects

• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and communications

• Track deadlines, action items, and follow-ups

• Maintain strict confidentiality

• Coordinate with internal staff and external partners

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred

• Experience as an executive assistant, business assistant, or admin professional

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Professional communication (written and verbal)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

• Healthcare or dental experience is a plus
