This individual knows that the best Director of Engineer need a strong right hand to keep them on track. This person is a natural juggler and great time management is their game, they are able to help run a tight department. Excellent organizational skills, Helpful to have experience in construction trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, basic heating and air conditioning, but more important to have the passion to accomplish projects, other useful skills accounting.
Requested Tasks
-Effectively and professionally communicate with co-workers and supervisor
-Track all inspections are completed and any discrepancies are corrected
-Track Safety Committee participation, programming and initiatives
-Obtain pricing and bids as directed
-Meet with vendors and suppliers to discuss scope of, products and materials used
Requested Capabilities
-Task-oriented and detailed personality
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
-Thorough understanding of the property and all related operational needs
-Bilingual capabilities highly preferred
