This leader possesses the ability to inspire staff, encourage teamwork and achieve the collective goals of the restaurants and bars. Your primary role is to oversee and support the front of house operations, develop, and motivate your team members and deliver an enjoyable dining experience for all.
Requested Tasks
-Assist in managing invoices
-Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of house team members
-Prepare team members’ schedules
-Process payroll
-Monitor compliance with service standards and uniform requirements
