Position Summary:
Operate with precision, ensuring high-performing equipment while omitting errors. Support your team's achievements through proactive engagement and guidance.
Shift System:
Initial training will alternate between 1st and 2nd shifts. Subsequent regular shifts include:
- 1st: 5:30 AM - 2:15 PM
- 2nd: 1:30 PM - 10:15 PM with a $1.00 pay boost
- 3rd: 9:30 PM - 6:15 AM with an added $1.50
Core Functions:
- Conduct area inspections before operations commence
- Setup, operate, and fine-tune machines according to needs
- Maintain a smoothly operating line through proactive measures
- Train to perform a variety of tasks across the production line
- Follow stringent cleaning protocols diligently
- Maintain rigorous standards compliance
- Observe and report on production metrics like efficiency and quality
- Ensure thoroughness in records and documentation practices
- Stay informed of GMP, OSHA, and HACCP standards
- Embrace SOP adaptations and updates
- Facilitate feedback loops with team leads and offer support
- Motivate peers to excel in roles
- Conduct R&D collaboration projects
- Show availability for flexible scheduling
- Additional duties as directed
Environmental and Physical Criteria:
Setting Features:
The fast-paced production environment may expose employees to mechanical parts with noise and varying temperatures.
Physical Criteria:
Durable role involving substantial standing, movement, and occasional heavy lifting with assistive tools. Critical visual accuracy is necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
Language Proficiency
Competency in English and Spanish for communication and coordination.
Academic & Practical Background
GED or comparable educational experience, plus relevant experience preferred. Strong numerical computation skills required.
