Makotek, an authorized contractor for Spectrum Cable, is seeking Field Collections Representatives to join our team in Saint Petersburg, FL. and the surrounding areas. We have immediate openings available!

Job Responsibilities:
As a Field Collections Representative, you will:
- Travel to customers’ homes to facilitate payment arrangements for past-due accounts.
- Retrieve Spectrum equipment, such as internet routers and modems, as needed.
This role is ideal for motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to grow in a professional environment.

Field Collections Representative Qualifications:
- Have a reliable vehicle
- Have auto insurance
- Have an active Driver’s License
- Have a cell phone
- Provide excellent customer service
- Communicate with General Manager/Supervisor at all times
- Abide by all federal, state, and local regulations (including those for COVID-19).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Weekly paychecks
- Production-based pay with expected earnings of $800-$1,000 per week
- Paid training
- Mileage compensation
- Paid vacation
- Available after 60 days of employment: Medical, Dental, and/or Vision.
Job Hours:
We are hiring full-time employees with flexible hours!
- Full-Time: 5-day work week up to 40 hours
- Evening hours until 8:00 pm
