The Position :
Makpar has an exciting opportunity for a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Technical Services Specialist. This role will provide technical and support services in the maintenance of the current VDI solution, and the analysis, evaluation, design, testing of a hybrid / cloud-based solution.
Role Responsibilities :
- Responsible for overall technical project deliverables, customer communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Test, validate and verify iPad connectivity and operation of supplemental applications.
- Pilot 50 concurrent iPad users using proposed solution Dependencies on either EOps / Cyber selecting (Zscaler or Palo Alto) Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) or using an Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) implementation.
- Develop user training guide / documentation.
