This role is ideal for attorneys with experience in insurance defense, tort litigation, general liability, construction law, and NYS Labor Law.Key ResponsibilitiesManage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial preparationAppear in court across NYC, Westchester, Nassau, and Suffolk countiesCommunicate effectively with clients, carriers, and opposing counselCollaborate with a team of experienced litigators in a results-driven environmentQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive admission to the New York State Bar (required)2 years of litigation experience preferredStrong legal writing, analytical, and case management skillsCompensation & BenefitsHybrid schedule (3 days in office / 2 remote)Competitive salary discretionary bonusesHealth, dental, vision, 401(k) with matchPTO 11 federal holidaysPre-tax commuter and transit benefitsSalary Range:Junior Associate: $85,000 – $120,000Senior Associate: $120,000 – $200,000Salary: A variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands, other business and organizational needs, and other factors permitted by law. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses. Final salary wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances.
