Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service.
- Ensure a company-wide commitment to quality and total customer satisfaction.
- Perform follow-up customer satisfaction calls.
- Work with dispatch to improve accuracy in scheduling and speed of response.
- Be willing to actively participate in continuous CSR training.
- Be willing to cold call.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must pass background check and drug test
- Must be willing to answer on-call phone calls on a rotating schedule
- Work well as a team player in a team setting.
- Goal-oriented, dedication to your work and willingness to learn.
- Successful work experience in the area of customer service or sales, preferred.
- Superior organizational and task management skills.
- Ability to professionally resolve any customer concern or complaint and assure total customer satisfaction.
