What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) position at Malibu Wellness Ranch?
Malibu Wellness Ranch in Pike County is a therapeutic equine inpatient rehabilitation program in Milford, PA for those in recovery. We are currently seeking for immediate hire Behavioral Health Technicians to work all shifts. Shifts range from 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM and overnight from 11PM-7AM. Must be able to work weekends and have reliable transportation.

We utilize the animals on the ranch and horses to help those through the recovery process, while providing them with treatment programs throughout their wellness stay.
Job responsibilities include monitoring of our clients and ensuring their safety and attendance in all programs and services, mentoring and providing support to them, assistance with medications, communicating clients needs, assistance with life skills groups, security of the grounds and handling any problems that may arise.
Job requirements: Must have a high school diploma or GED
One year of experience working with substance abuse clients, preferred. CPR/First Aide certification a plus.
