We’re looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who’s passionate about delivering integrated, patient-first care. Your Role at a Glance:
As a PMHNP at Mallory Psychiatry, you’ll provide comprehensive psychiatric services including assessments, medication management, and therapy. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure every patient receives the care they deserve, all in a supportive, outpatient environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and follow-ups with adult patients
- Diagnose mental health conditions and create individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications with careful monitoring
- Offer therapeutic support using evidence-based techniques
- Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and care coordinators to support integrated care
- Provide education and guidance to patients and families on treatment and recovery
- Keep accurate, timely documentation in accordance with clinical and legal standards
What We’re Looking For:
- PMHNP Certification: Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) or Board Eligible
- Licensure: Current, or willingness to obtain, MA Nurse Practitioner license and DEA registration
- Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing with a focus in psychiatric mental health
- Experience: Clinical experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred, but not require
