The Business Development Manager would generate and oversee new business relationships, collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for assigned territories, and develop sales plans with internal and external customers. Responsibilities:
- Sales generation, development of leads, and business development for an assigned Regional area through social networking, cold calling, and telemarketing
- Qualify potential new business for their territory and negotiate pricing and payment terms based on corporate guidelines
- Sales planning and relationship building with internal and external customers
- Work with corporate Marketing to implement marketing strategies for the territory
- Meet sales goals and metrics given
- Report activity on a regular basis in CRM system
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in a sales environment
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Staffing, recruitment or HR experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to interact face-to-face with customers and present a solution-based presentation
- Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
