Maloney Properties is seeking candidates for a Maintenance Superintendent to support our residential property in Downtown Boston with 276 units. You will be hands-on with our maintenance team and will be responsible for:
- Coordinating building and maintenance systems
- Overseeing and participating in work orders and unit turnovers
- Scheduling and completing preventative maintenance
- Scheduling contractors and vendors
- Maintaining inventory supply
- Keeping up the appeal and cleanliness of buildings
- Managing and reviewing budgets and capital planning
- Supervision and training of your team of maintenance professionals
The work hours will be 8:00-4:00, Monday through Friday with on-call duties shared on rotation.
