The work hours are Monday-Friday 7 : 30am-3 : 30pm with on-call duties shared on rotation. Responsibilities include completing work orders, turnovers, preventative maintenance, general building repairs, and groundskeeping.
Knowledge of Yardi is plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Ability to participate in emergency calls and snow removal is required.
