Daycare Assistant Director and Director

Job Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated members to join our team at our brand-new location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. As a lead teacher, you will play a crucial role in developing children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills through engaging activities and individualized support.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of daily preschool and childcare operations, including staffing, licensing, compliance, health & safety, and facility oversight
• Ensure full compliance with state childcare licensing regulations and implement best practices in early education
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff; create and manage scheduling; lead staff meetings and professional development
• Demonstrate strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Support curriculum implementation and collaborate with teachers on lesson planning
• Lead communications such as email newsletters andsocial media updates
• Promote and maintain a positive, professional school culture focused on learning and care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (REQUIRED)
• At least 21 credit hours in early childhood education (as required by state)
• Strong knowledge of child development, classroom management, and state licensing standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team, manage priorities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
