What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Baker and Prep Cook position at Mama's Boy at the Falls?
Mama's Boy Restaurant and Catering is in search of a full time baker and prep cook. Responsibilities include prepping biscuits, baked goods and prepping for the restaurant and catering department. Must be able to work weekends and early mornings in a high volume fast paced restaurant. The mixer is commercial and must be able to consistently lift 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Baking experience is greatly preferred, but we are willing to train you.
