Are you obsessed with keeping your car clean and shiny? Do you get a thrill out of seeing a dirty car transformed into a sparkling work of art? If so, then we have the perfect job for you! We are looking for an Assistant Suds Officer to join our team as the Car Wash Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of skilled car wash technicians to ensure that every vehicle that passes through our wash receives the highest level of care and attention.
- Develop and implement new wash procedures and techniques to keep our wash ahead of the competition.
- Maintain equipment and keep the wash running at peak efficiency.
- Manage the inventory of wash supplies and ensure that all products are properly stocked and utilized.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, and implement customer service policies to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Manage the wash's finances and budget, and ensure profitability.
Qualifications:
- Passion for cars and car washing.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Experience in the car wash industry is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles.
