Job Title: Director of Operations

About Us: Mammoth Holdings is a leading car wash service provider committed to delivering a superior car wash experience to our customers. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Operations to join our team and oversee operational capability, customer satisfaction, and results within a designated territory.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all team members consistently deliver a superior car wash experience by coaching and developing them in collaboration with District Managers and Site Managers.
• Monitor financial statements and implement process improvements to enhance revenue and profitability.
• Coach and train District Managers, Site Managers, and team members on effectively communicating the Unlimited Program to customers.
• Manage all operational checklists, making regular updates as needed.
• Oversee the training platform and make continual updates to training materials.
• Assist Site Managers in troubleshooting urgent issues.
• Promote a safety-minded culture among team members.
• Work directly with location management to ensure quality operations, safety, and compliance.
• Manage sales and performance goals for locations in your assigned territory.
• Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
• Handle employee discipline and terminations as needed, following company policy.
• Visit each store regularly to perform facility audits.
• Ensure all locations are in compliance with company policies, federal, state, and local laws.
• Assist the territory with customer service issues as needed.
• Partner with HR to support recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and safety practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop, recommend, and communicate strategic changes throughout the territory.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Valid driver's license.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED certificate (bachelor's degree preferred).
• 2-3 years of successful experience in managing diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
• Mechanical aptitude and car wash industry knowledge are preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to drive and travel for multiple hours at a time.
• Ability to sit, stand, and move for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
