Work directly with our company's accounting and finance team members and management to both provide administrative services and assist with financial reporting. What you'll be doing:
- Provide accurate invoicing of all services
- Ensure all customers receive their weekly invoices on time
- Function as an Accounts Receivable person and assist in timely customer collections
- Process incoming Pay Orders (PO)
- Respond to common questions or concerns from customers

What we require:
- 2 years of accounting experience
- BA in Accounting
- Strong computer and data entry skills with a high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and Outlook)
