MANPOWER is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to join their team in Moses Lake, WA!
What’s the Job?
- Coordinate full-cycle recruiting efforts, including outreach, screening, and onboarding
- Maintain compliance with federal contractor requirements and Affirmative Action Planning
- Support employee relations, benefits administration, and HR file maintenance
- Manage hourly payroll coding, attendance tracking, and disciplinary documentation

What’s Needed?
- Minimum 3 years of HR administrative experience; degree in HR or related field preferred
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong attention to detail and high-level communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP or HRIS experience highly desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-shift, non-union manufacturing environment
