Job Title: Wide-Format Printing Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Wide-Format Printing Operator with expertise in production center environments, color management, and branding. The operator will be responsible for printing a variety of Stanley Black & Decker marketing materials, including banners, window clings, highway signs, truck decals, and more for retail stores such as Home Depot, Lowe's, Ace, and tradeshows. This role involves working with flat-bed and roll-feed printing equipment, CNC cutting machines, and Onyx software.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate digital wide-format printers using Onyx software.
• Print materials such as banners, decals, signs, and more for Stanley Black & Decker's branding needs.
• Ensure high-quality color management and adherence to branding guidelines.
• Work with a combination of flat-bed and roll-feed printing equipment.
• Operate CNC cutting machines for precise material cutting.
• Collaborate with a 14-member in-house print shop team to meet production deadlines.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in wide-format printing.
• Strong understanding of color management and branding principles.
• Experience operating digital wide-format printers, CNC cutting machines, and Onyx software.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to collaborate with team members.

• Knowledge of printing processes for marketing materials in retail and trade show environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production schedules efficiently.
