The Senior Human Resources and Labor Relations Partner is a remote role that involves providing strategic support and solutions to clients on human resources management and labor relations. Responsibilities include advising on HR policies, implementing labor relations strategies, managing collective bargaining processes, resolving employee disputes, and driving organizational development initiatives. The individual will collaborate closely with client leadership to address workforce challenges and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in Human Resources Management, including policy development, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Strong understanding of Labor Relations, including collective bargaining, union negotiations, and dispute resolution.
- Proficiency in Organizational Development, including leadership development, change management, and performance optimization.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with multiple market sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, education, and technology is preferred.
