• Our client is a recognized leader and innovator in the insurance industry with a long history, rich tradition, and strong reputation.
• They have engaged us to find them an experienced Director of Insurance and Home Office Operations, a key member of the senior leadership team, to lead and grow the operational excellence of the organization.

Job Description:

The Director of Insurance and Home Office Operations will oversee the operational functions of this fraternal life insurance society, ensuring efficient, effective, and compliant service delivery. This executive role involves managing insurance sales, strategic planning, process optimization, risk management, and the implementation of operational policies.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing day-to-day operations and leading home office staff.

Developing and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency and performance.

Driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet business objectives, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure customer/member satisfaction.

Collaborating with third-party vendors to achieve optimal operational performance.

Regularly engaging with the Home Office Committee and Supreme Council Executive Committee, providing reports and updates as required.

Job Requirements:

• Leadership and Operational Strategy: 5 years’ of operations management experience, 5 years of insurance experience.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Proven expertise in navigating regulatory requirements and managing risk.
• Budget & Resource Management: Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing budgets and P&L responsibilities.
• Management and Communication: Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
• Results-Driven: Organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented, committed to high standards of integrity.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Location: Candidates must be based in or commutable to Boston (hybrid role).
