Description:
The Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District, an award winning, Central Monmouth, K-8 school district with a tradition of excellence in education, is seeking a Maintenance-HVAC person for the Physical Plant Department with the following qualifications/requirements:
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Black Seal license preferred. Employment terms mandate securing said license within two years of hire
- Verifiable valid New Jersey driver's license required
- New Jersey HVAC license preferred
- Five years verifiable experience in HVAC/mechanical maintenance and installation. Also verifiable experience in Building Automation Systems
- Universal EPA Transition and Recovery Certification required
- Electrical and/or motor control knowledge
- Ability to maintain hydronic pumps, valves, etc.
- Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds and arial work platforms
- Ability to lift seventy-five (75) pounds
Days/Hours:
- Monday through Friday/Days 6:30am to 3:00pm
Salary:
$55,580, plus $2000 Stipend for HVAC License
$600 Black Seal stipend when acquired
$1,500 Stipend for Building Automation when acquired
