Manatee County Public Works Department provides many of the basic services that affect the daily lives of everyone who lives, works, and plays in unincorporated Manatee County. Primarily, the department is responsible for the administration, planning, engineering, maintenance, and construction management of the County’s infrastructure.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) II plays a key role in supporting the Paratransit Operations. CSR II provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. CSR II has strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing them to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner. CSR II collaborates with colleagues and other department staff to ensure efficient operational productivity.
