Warehouse Associate

**WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE – MEDICAL DISTRIBUTION** | **$18/HR**

Mancan Staffing is partnering with a **leading distribution company** serving **medical facilities** to hire a **Seasonal Warehouse Associate**. This vital role involves managing the return, validation, and restocking of **surgical implants and instruments**, as well as supporting various warehousing and logistical functions.

**Key Responsibilities:

• **Return and Tracking: **
• Return **DI & CI SOL implants and instruments** in the ERP system (SMS).
• Follow **Quality Assurance (QA)** steps to ensure surgical trays are complete.
• Update the **missing instrument spreadsheet** and communicate with sales teams.
• **Inventory Management: **
• **Restock shelves** with returned products.
• **Validate implant kits** and ensure correct bin mapping in SMS.
• Use handheld scanners to build cases for handheld devices.
• **Support Functions: **
• Assist **Surgical Coordinators** and **Asset department** with warehousing, shipping, stocking, and order picking.
• Collaborate across teams to fulfill orders.
• **Shipping and Delivery: **
• **Box, pack, label, and ship** instruments.
• **Deliver and pick up** inventory to medical facilities.
• Participate in **on-call rotation** as the company is a 24/7 provider of medical implants.
• **Additional Duties: ** Perform other duties as assigned.

**Education/Experience Requirements: **

• **High School Diploma** or equivalent required.
• **Experience in orthopedic surgery, supply chain, logistics, or warehousing** is a plus.
• Must have a **valid driver’s license** and an **acceptable driving record**.

**Work Hours: **

• **Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM** with flexibility for overtime.

**Compensation: **

• $18 per hour
