What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behaviorist position at Manchester Elementary Middle School?
The Bennington-Rutland Supervisory Union is seeking a full time Behavior Specialist to conduct functional behavioral assessments, design and implement behavior plans, train staff, and consult with educational teams regarding student programs at Manchester Elementary Middle School in Manchester, VT. This position is for the 2025/2026 school year. Candidates should have experience with collecting, monitoring and analyzing data and be able to guide staff in adjusting plans based on a student response to programming. Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of behavior modification and trauma-informed practices.
