Bridge Teaching Assistant

- Support students in the Academic Center and Bridge program, working with students individually or in small groups, and reinforcing learning concepts - Provide individualized guidance and support to students, helping them with academic tasks, social skills, and self-help skills - Maintain a safe and orderly learning environment, prepare materials, and assist with administrative tasks - Work closely with teachers and staff to support student needs - Observe and record student progress, document behavioral incidents, and provide feedback to the teacher - One-on-one tutoring: Work with students who need extra help with specific subjects or skills - Facilitat3 group activities: Lead or assist with activities that promote social interaction, teamwork, and problem-solving
