Position Overview: The person will be responsible for cleaning, light maintenance, setups, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure the facility’s needs are maintained in a manner consistent with University expectations.

- Maintain, clean, and service restrooms, water fountains, kitchen areas, classrooms, computer labs, study rooms, locker areas, lounge areas, lobby areas, conference rooms, auditoriums, elevators, maintain floors, hallways, and stairs
- Clean windows, vents, and walls
- Trash removal
- Dusting
- Maintain schedule of events and setup/cleanup needs
- Maintain entrances up to the main walkway
- Changing light bulbs
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Ability to problem-solve
- Friendly demeanor
- Ability to interact well with a wide variety of people
- Team and customer service-oriented
- Trustworthy and honest
- Self-reliant
- Basic computer skills
- Launder cleaning materials and event linens
- Equipment must be maintained in good working conditions
- Remove litter around buildings and trash containers
- Maintain custodial closets
- Potentially working at the North Manchester campus for seasonal help
- All other duties that may be assigned
