What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collection Agent position at Mandarich Law Group, LLP?
Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firms with offices in CA, NY, IL, MI, OH, GA, NV, and FL. We are currently seeking Collectors for our Woodland Hills, CA office. This is a great opportunity to potentially earn significant monthly bonuses.
Full time 8:00AM- 5:00PM Monday thru Friday. In-Office.
- Handle 75-100 inbound calls while contacting consumers and attorney offices to negotiate delinquent and/or charged off accounts on behalf of our clients.
- Calculate acceptable settlement amounts according to guidelines set by our clients and Management team.
- Effectively manage an open queue of accounts to consistently hit your monthly collection goal.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasking and time management skills to work through the account queue and inbound call volume.
- Previous customer service work preferred.

Hourly Rate $18 -$19 per hour with monthly bonus
