About The Job Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Boston within the Housekeeping Department in Boston, Massachusetts, the Turndown Attendant is responsible for the overall cleanliness or all guestrooms that they are assigned to clean. The Turndown Attendant reports to the Executive Housekeeper. As Turndown Attendant, you will be responsible for the following duties: Place the finishing touches on our hotel rooms for a comfortable and restful evening. Turn down beds, draw curtains, and refresh towels, ensuring everything meets our high housekeeping standards of cleanliness and presentation. Provide warm, professional service to guests, whether addressing their questions or handling special housekeeping requests. Other duties as assigned. As a Turndown Attendant you will work evening shifts. As Turndown Attendant, We Expect From You Possess 1-2 years of experience in the Housekeeping department of a luxury hotel or residential property.
