What You’ll Do
- Designing and implementing integration solutions to connect disparate systems, applications, and platforms
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements
- Developing and maintaining system integration architecture and documentation
- Conducting integration testing and troubleshooting to ensure system compatibility and stability
- Monitoring system performance and implementing improvements to enhance functionality
- Configuring and maintaining middleware and other integration tools
- Providing technical support and guidance for integration-related issues to IT teams and stakeholders
- Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in integration practices
- Creating and managing APIs for system interaction and data exchange
- Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Strong technical intuition and systems thinking
- Comfortable in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Domain knowledge in healthcare, life sciences, biotech, or enterprise operations
- Prior experience in customer-facing implementation, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
