Embroidery Operator

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Embroidery Operator to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a key part in creating high-quality embroidered garments and accessories. We are eager to train the right individual, so prior experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Operate embroidery machines: Set up and operate single-head and multi-head embroidery machines to create intricate and high-quality designs on various fabrics (e.g., t-shirts, hats, jackets).
• Prepare garments: Hoop garments, select appropriate threads and needles, and ensure proper placement of designs.
• Monitor the embroidery process: Ensure that designs are stitched accurately and efficiently, and identify and correct any errors.
• Maintain equipment: Perform basic machine maintenance, including cleaning and minor troubleshooting.
• Quality control: Inspect finished garments for accuracy, quality, and adherence to customer specifications.
• Other duties as assigned: Assist with other tasks as needed, such as inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience operating embroidery machines is a plus, but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Ability to learn new skills quickly
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
