About the Role
We’re a NYC-based real estate development firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Developer Assistant to manage procurement and interior design coordination across multifamily residential and hotel projects. You’ll work closely with ownership, designers, vendors, and GCs to ensure materials and FF&E are sourced, ordered, and delivered on time and on budget; VERY HELPFUL IF KNOWLEDGE OF ACCOUNTING AND QUICKBOOKS.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and order lighting, plumbing, furniture, appliances, finishes, and more
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and product reps
- Track procurement schedules and delivery timelines
- Manage quotes, samples, spec sheets, and vendor communication
- Support install coordination and punchlist closeouts
- Assist with value engineering and alternate product recommendations
- Maintain FF&E logs, finish schedules, and product documentation
What You Bring
- 2–5 years experience in real estate development, FF&E procurement, interior design, or hospitality
- Solid understanding of finish materials and building product categories
- Able to read plans, finish schedules, and design intent docs
- Strong communication and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once
- Experience with hotel or multifamily projects strongly preferred
