In this position you are responsible for greeting visitors, booking appointments, handling payment transactions, maintaining records and answering telephones. You will also be working with both animals and pet owners in a caring and empathetic manner. The position is a vital part of our hospital as you will be providing support for our clients in a fast paced environment. Important qualifications for this role include possessing strong communication organizational skills and being able to work in a team environment. Schedule: We are open Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm. Your schedule (35-40 hours) would include shifts within these hours and later if you are closing shift (7pm).
