Established in 2011, we are a premier jewelry kiosk in Deptford Mall, known for our fine jewelry selection, quality piercing pieces, and beautiful permanent jewelry options. Our team is passionate about providing exceptional service and helping customers find meaningful pieces for any occasion.

Job Type:

• Part-Time Seasonal, with potential for permanent placement
• Seasonal Dates: 11/11/24 - 2/22/25
• Approximately 2-3 days per week

Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team for the holiday season. As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers in selecting the perfect piece of jewelry, whether for themselves or as a gift, educate them on our piercing and permanent jewelry services, and help ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and assist with product selections
• Educate customers on fine, piercing, and permanent jewelry options
• Perform sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive display kiosk
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Provide aftercare instructions and guidance to customers

Qualifications:

• Passion for jewelry and fashion
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Reliable and punctual
