Responsibilities of the Position:
- Coordinate all internal resources and process steps regarding sales projects with the goal to successfully complete or establish those.
- Track project progress and proactively communicate necessary actions.
- Strengthen and optimize existing customer relationships and projects by ensuring a steady communication flow and observing customer needs as well as account parameters.
- Support marketing activities such as customer events, presentations or trade show participation.
- Monitor and maintain internal databases (customer database, reference list, sample database, literature inventory, etc.).
- Conduct presentations, product reviews and related information to multiple types or levels of customers.
Requirements for the Position
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance and cost preferred.
- Demonstrated experience tracking a team or project and being responsible for supporting simultaneous, high-value projects.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate project activities.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with senior-level management and customers.
- Prior experience with SAP preferred.
- Experience working with business to business customer support.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
- Performs well under pressure.
- Possess a problem-solving attitude.
- Communicate effectively in a professional, tactful and courteous manner with employees, management, and customers.
- Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline.
- Exceptional prioritization, organization, and time management skills with strong attention to detail required.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
