We seek a Premises Liability Attorney to join our Orange County Team.
The Premises Liability Attorney will handle all phases of defense litigation, including discovery, motions, client assistance, depositions, and trial. Must have a desire to become a trial attorney. Deadline-driven practice on a dynamic group.
As a Manning Kass Premises Liability Attorney, you'll make a difference for business owners and individuals by providing exceptional legal representation in their time of need. You'll be responsible for analyzing, assessing, and executing litigation strategies, communicating proactively with clients, and representing them in litigation proceedings such as hearings, motions, depositions, and mediations, all in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
- Case handling, including analyzing, assessing, and executing litigation strategies through all stages of litigation.
- Client contact, including proactively managing communications with clients throughout the course of litigation.
- Represent clients at litigation proceedings, including hearings, motions, depositions, and mediations.
- Opportunity to try cases, including learning from the firm's ABOTA trial attorneys.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Must be comfortable working hybrid with the Los Angeles office.
- The ideal candidate should have at least two years of litigation experience.
- Demonstrable experience investigating and fully handling a case concerning discovery, taking depositions, and mediations.
- Experience researching, analyzing, taking, and defending depositions, and handling cases is essential.
- Excellent writing and communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to case analysis.
